Monday night I was making chicken salad for my husband's lunch the next day. Of course all my favorite shows are on Monday, so I had to run back and forth, hoping I wasn't going to miss much. An under counter television would have been the perfect solution to my dilemma. My kitchen is small and I have very limited counter space, so having a television mounted and out of the way would have been wonderful.
There are many types of under counter televisions, also known as under cabinet televisions. Typically they have a swivel screen with a 16:9 aspect ratio; that's the width versus height, an ATSC/NTSC Tuner (this is the standard for television tuners for the non-technical), AM/FM clock radio and stereo speakers. There are some other specific options like a cooking timer, CD/DVD player and the ability to get a cable signal without a box. They are easy to install and they Fold Away when you are finished in the kitchen.
These sleek under counter televisions are unobtrusive and can be folded away when not in use. For those who like to cook along with their favorite cooking shows and those like me who hate to miss their favorite shows, this Space Saving television is the perfect choice.
