There are lots of people these days who suffer from different sleeping disorders. One of the main reasons for a sleeping disorder is tension and anxiety caused by today’s society. However, there is another problem that causes different sleeping disorders; a poor quality mattress. The mattress is a place where you sleep on for a third of your life. If your bed is of a good quality, it will relax your nerves and bring you a good, comfortable and supportive sound night’s sleep.
The memory foam mattress is made of special foam that provides total relief to your muscles and joints in the contrast to the traditional spring coil mattress.

The launch of the memory foam mattress in the market in 1990’s made a huge breakthrough because of its temperature sensitivity and viscosity. The memory foam mattress differs from the traditional innerspring mattress. The memory foam mattress conforms to our body and contours the lines of our body. (In the case of the spring coil mattress your body has to conform to the mattress). Traditional mattresses exert pressure against our body and as the result of it we feel an ache in the back, we suffer from arthritis and other disorders.
In addition, the memory foam mattress does not put the same quantity of resistance on joints in contrast to the traditional mattress. After a night on the memory foam mattress you wake up in the morning well rested and practically pain free in your back. The memory foam mattress is denser than a traditional inner spring or open coil mattress. There are a lot of different densities. For example, the mattress with 5 lb density is heavier, more temperature sensitive and take longer to bounce back. And the mattress of 4 lb density is softer, less temperature sensitive, less expensive, but also provides less support that the mattress of 5 lb. but all the memory foam mattresses have one thing in common; the density. Memory foam does not bounce at all. If two people sleep on the mattress and one of them constantly turns and rolls, these movements would not disturb the other person.
The memory foam mattress has one more distinctive feature from the traditional spring coil mattress. It is sensitive to temperature. In a warm environment, the memory foam mattress feels softer and in a cool environment it feels firmer. The memory mattress feels softer under the warmth of human body and contours to it. This feature provides good support to the back and a healthy, sound sleep.
