The terms office ergonomics and computer ergonomics are generally synonymous and are used to mean the same thing. They normally pertain to ergonomic chairs, stools, Office Chairs, keyboards, desks, or mice that can easily adapt to any human form.
If you or your employees sit at workstations, chairs, or use computers that are not designed and built with ergonomics in mind it can lead to some chronic health issues such as repetitive stress injuries and carpal tunnel syndrome. Improper ergonomics can result to neck pain, back pain, headaches, shoulder pain, and all sorts of medical issues. You can perform any Office Task more comfortably and experience less pain with ergonomic Desk Chairs.

If you want a cheaper ergonomic Desk Chair, you can search your local Office Furniture stores, but if you want to easily locate the more expensive Aeron chair you have a much better chance of finding one online.
