Cobra Bone Micro Fiber Sponge
Unlike other sponges, the Cobra Bone Micro Fiber Sponge is a thick foam pad that is covered in soft, plush fibers which gently Lift Off dirt & contaminants and clean your paintwork without inflicting any damage whatsoever. The sponge utilizes the exact same principles as a wash mitt but in the form of a sponge.
The pile of the micro fiber allows any stray dirt particles to become trapped at the base of the fibers and away from the paintwork, where they could inflict damage in the form of light scratches and swirl marks and because the micro fibers are open ended, when the sponge it dipped into your rinse bucket, the particles are easily released into the water, leaving the sponge clean and ready to wash the next section of vehicle.
The internal foam pad is three inches thick, shaped like a bone which helps give you a good grip of it even with wet soapy hands and is dense, so absorbs and holds lots of shampoo solution before it's deposited onto the surface of your car. The combination of the shampoo solution being released through the dense, High Quality foam and then being worked in with the micro fiber outer layer means that thick high quality suds can easily be produced.
Lambswool wash mitts will degrade and disintegrate over time but the Cobra Bone Micro Fiber Sponge can be thoroughly rinsed out and dried, or even machine washed time and time again to remove contaminants and leave it clean and ready for use again, without having to worry about it degrading at all.
The Cobra Bone Micro Fiber Sponge is a very innovative 'hybrid' product that is ideal for people who prefer to hold their wash implements instead of wear them as you do with a wash mitt. It provides the safe and effective cleaning action of a wash mitt, coupled with the conventional utility of a traditional sponge.
